DELIVER

Have order delivered

To make it easy for you, we already enter your address as the delivery address for a new order. Of course you can change that address and have your order delivered to your work, friends or family. Then enter a different address when checking your details. We will then ensure that your order reaches the correct destination.

When will my order be shipped?

If you order before 4:30 p.m., your order will be shipped the same day on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be included with those placed on Monday.

Will I receive a notification when my order has been shipped?

Yes! As soon as the shipment has been created, you will receive immediate notification by email. During the shipping process you will be informed directly by the carrier regarding the status of the package. You can easily track your package using Track & Trace and view the expected delivery time.

Delivery times

The delivery time of your package is generally fixed. However, exceptions, such as public holidays and ad hoc delays at the carrier, can lead to some delays. Is your delivery address in a remote area? Then take into account at least one working day extra.

Can i cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel an ordered item by email or telephone.

How quickly will I be refunded after canceling my order?

Once we have processed your cancellation request, a refund period of 14 calendar days applies.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, this is allowed if the item is incomplete, damaged or defective. This can be done free of charge within the warranty period.

Can I return my item(s)?

If you want to return an item, you must always state your order number, so that we can handle the return quickly and correctly.

When purchasing products online, you have the option to cancel without giving any reason within 14 days. calendar days. This period starts on the day after receipt of the item. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return the product to us with all accessories supplied and - if possible - in its original condition and packaging. WARRANTY & REPAIR

What are the repair costs for my item?

You do not have to pay anything within the warranty conditions. If the damage is not covered by the warranty, you will receive a quote before the repair is carried out. You can always refuse that. If approved, we will try to repair the item as quickly as possible.

Do I have a guarantee on my items at <tc>DERYAN</tc>.COM?

Yes, from the moment you purchased the item, it has a 1-year warranty. At deryan.com your invoice serves as proof of warranty.

How does the <tc>DERYAN</tc> self-inflating mattress work?

The Deryan mattress inflates itself. By opening the valve, the mattress fills with air, causing the foam to expand.

It is not wise to blow in extra air. Due to a reaction of warm air, bubbles (air bubbles) can form inside that will not go away.

The bottom edge of the tent appears to be made of breathable mesh. Is that correct, or is it normal dust?

This is correct, with this model there is mesh at the bottom of the tent. This is for ventilation. If you prefer not to do this, we have windscreens for sale for our toddler, baby and toddler box models.
