Customer-service employee

What will you do?
You will perform various activities, such as answering the telephone, e-mailing mail, chat, WhatsApp, and other customer-oriented activities?

What does your position look like?
As an employee of the customer service department, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Your most important task in this role is to speak to our customers by telephone, but also for other communication channels you don't turn around.

You have a central role in the team for both customers and colleagues. In addition, the position consists of various administrative tasks that you perform together with your colleagues. Within the customer service team you work together with 10 colleagues.

You

  • Have a completed and relevant MBO diploma (or higher) / HAVO gap year)
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, spoken and written
  • You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • You master the Dutch language, knowledge of the English language is an advantage.
  • Has good listening skills
  • Is patient and thinks in solutions.
