Orders and shipping

To make it easy for you, we have filled in your address as the delivery address when placing a new order. Of course you can adjust the address and have your order delivered to your work, friends or family. Then add another address when checking your order details. We’ll make sure that your order arrives at the correct destination.

If you order before 11 a.m., the order will be shipped on the same day.

Once your order is placed, you can’t change it. You can cancel the order as soon as possible and then place a new order if necessary. If you can’t cancel, you can return the order within 7 calendar days.

Yes, from the moment you’ve bought an item, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details within minutes.

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel an ordered item by email or phone.

Once we have processed your cancellation request, a return period of 10-14 days is applied.

If you want to return an article, you always need to include a filled out return form, so we can quickly and correctly handle the return.

When purchasing our products online, you have the option to return the article without reason within 7 days. This period commences on the day you purchased the article. If you use your right of withdrawal, you can send us the product including accessories and – if possible – in original condition and packaging.

Costs for return
If you use your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs are for your own account. We take these costs for our account if we have shipped the wrong product, the wrong color or the fault rests with us in another way.

Your purchase amount
Your purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days. As well as the shipping costs for returns, when they’re on our bill.

Yes, from the moment you’ve purchased the item, it has a warranty of one year. At your delivery note is proof of warranty.
