Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped, you can cancel an ordered item by email or phone.
Once we have processed your cancellation request, a return period of 10-14 days is applied.
If you want to return an article, you always need to include a filled out return form, so we can quickly and correctly handle the return.
When purchasing our products online, you have to the option to cancel without reason during 7 days. This period commences on the day following our receipt of the returned article. If you use your right of withdrawal, you can send us the product including accessories and – if possible – in original condition and packaging. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs of the return will be for your own account.
Incorrect or defective article
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or incorrect product, you can report this via team@DERYAN.com.Any shipping costs for returning the product are for our account.
Your purchase price
We will refund your purchase amount as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 calendar days. As well as the shipping costs when returning, if the error lies with us.
You can return your items via the return form.
Yes, you may change the article when it’s incomplete, damaged or defective. This is free of charge within the warranty period.
Within the warranty period you don’t have to pay anything. If the period during the damage lies outside the warranty period, you will receive a quotation before repair. You can always refuse it. Once agreed, we’ll try to repair the item as soon as possible.
Yes, from the moment you’ve purchased the item, it has a warranty of one year. At DERYAN.shop your delivery note is proof of warranty.

The DERYAN mattress blows itself up. By opening the valve, the mattress fills with air, causing the foam to expand.
We do not recommend adding extra air. Warm air can cause permanent air bubbles to form from inside the mattress.
This is breathable mesh at the bottom of the tent, for extra ventilation. If you prefer a tent without mesh, we have windscreens for our baby and toddler boxes.
